A  system  shall  be  established  to  identify  the  training  requirements  and  to  carry  out  the
activities with a view to achieve quality / standard products.
Personnel performing particular quality related task shall be qualified by one or more of the

1.  Education
2.  Experience
3.  Training
The Quality Engineer in consultation with the Project shall be responsible to organize the
job training and to maintain the relevant records. On the job training shall involve sessions
on quality, safety and the actual working procedures and shall be conducted in-house within
own  resources  or  by  inviting  specialist  form  outside.  Opportunity may  also  be  taken  to
depute personnel to suitable training programs conducted by other agencies.
